Member Biography
I was elected president of Moses, Dunn, Farmer & Tuthill, P.C. at the end of 2009. I have practiced with the Moses Law Firm since I was admitted to the New Mexico State Bar in 1989. I also am admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court, District of New Mexico, U.S. Court of Appeals 10th Circuit.
Education: Drake University (B.A. 1980); University of Iowa (J.D., with distinction, 1989).
I am active in volunteer New Mexico Bar activities and formerly served as Chair of the New Mexico Board of Bar Editors.
Before entering law school, I was a daily newspaper reporter for six years. I have utilized my writing experience in various areas, including commercial and residential landlord-tenant, appellate practice, employment law, construction law, transportation law, commercial litigation, and personal injury law.
